Josh and I moved into our Beacon Hill apartment in 2019, with the goals of me being closer to my work and both of us being able to walk to our respective coworking spaces. A Beacon Hill engagement session is about as convenient as it gets. Whenever my couples, like the sweetest Paige and Mike, ask to do their session in the Boston Public Garden, Back Bay or Beacon Hill, it takes me about 3 minutes to walk from my apartment door to meet them. Josh and I are looking to move out of the city as we are expecting a baby boy, and I will SO miss the convenience and beauty of sessions like these.

For Paige and Mike’s engagement session, we had the most beautiful mid-afternoon sunshine. Paige and Mike were so easy to photograph – Paige is beautiful and so quick to laugh and Mike was incredibly easy going and loves to make Paige smile. We photographed at my favorite locations in the Public Garden before moving to spots in Beacon Hill and on the Charles River Esplanade. Josh and I actually learned to sail last year through the Community Boating Program on the Charles River, so it was awesome to see all the CBI boats in the background of the Esplanade photos.

I’ll be sure to blog their wedding soon, it was a Castle Hill Inn stunner!! Want your own Beacon Hill engagement session? I would love to connect – tell me your love story here!
